How I found my way to brows

I'm Tibi Rodríguez, a Colombian permanent makeup artist with about 8 years of professional experience in California, building my career within the state's applicable regulatory framework. I'm a licensed PMU artist in California, specializing in brows, microblading, Latin brows, microshading, powder brows, eyeliner and lip blush. I trained in different techniques with Phi Academy, reaching Master level, and have complemented my education with renowned artists and academies internationally.

My work is backed by extensive hands-on experience and a large client base, including people who travel from different cities in California and even from other states. I've also shared my knowledge through courses and personalized training for those who want to start or grow in the world of PMU.

My commitment is to deliver precision, quality and personalized results, always aiming for the highest level of satisfaction for every client.

My protocol, no fine print

Before I touch your skin, I want you to know exactly how I work. I use sterile single-use materials, explain every step of the procedure, and we sign an informed consent form together. And if your case isn't safe to pigment, I'll tell you honestly.

Biosafety

Sterile single-use needles and cartridges that I open in front of you. I disinfect the area and every surface before and after each client, and I work with gloves and protective barriers.

Informed consent

Before we start, we review your health history together, I explain the risks, aftercare and expected result, and you sign a consent form. Nothing is pigmented without your approval.

Who I say no to

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, isotretinoin, blood thinners, infections in the area or a tendency to keloids. If your case needs a medical evaluation, I'll refer you to a dermatologist before booking.
