- The service you are interested in and whether you have previous permanent makeup work
- Any details you share about your case, and photos of your brows if you choose to upload them
Information collected automatically when you submit a form: your IP address and browser type (user agent), used to prevent spam and abuse. Our website may also use essential cookies needed for it to work.
During an appointment we also collect health information needed to perform the procedure safely (see our Informed Consent). That information is kept on paper or in secure records at the studio, not through this website.
