Is the consultation free?
Yes, it's free. We look at your brows, your skin type and what you're looking for, and I'll tell you which technique suits you and how much it costs. It can be in person or by video call, with no commitment.
Do I need a deposit to book?
Yes. A booking deposit secures your date. I'll tell you the exact amount when we schedule and confirm your appointment in writing.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Let me know as early as possible and we'll find another date. I'll explain the deposit terms when we book.
Do you take appointments outside business hours?
I'm available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. If those times don't work for you, message me and we'll see if there's an option for your case.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in cash or by card. If you prefer a transfer, I'll share the details when we book.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you can bring one person. I ask that it's just one, to keep the space calm and safe during the procedure.
