Brow Aftercare: How to Care for Your Brows During the First 10 Days

By Tibi Rodríguez

Your session is only half of the result. How you care for your brows over the next days has a huge impact on how the pigment heals and how long it lasts.

This is a general guide. Always follow the personalized instructions you receive after your appointment.

Days 1–3: keep it clean and dry

  • Gently clean the area as instructed, using clean hands and a soft touch.
  • Avoid soaking the brows in the shower: keep water and steam away.
  • Do not apply makeup, creams or products that were not recommended.

Days 4–7: let the skin heal

Light flaking is normal and part of the process. The color may look darker or more intense at first and will soften as the skin renews itself.

  • Do not pick or scratch. Pulling off flakes can remove pigment and cause marks.
  • Avoid sweating heavily, saunas and swimming pools.

Days 8–10: protect your results

  • Keep brows out of direct sun and use sunscreen once the skin has fully healed.
  • Sleep on your back if you can, on a clean pillowcase.

Why a touch-up matters

Healing varies from person to person, so a follow-up session lets us perfect shape and color. Photos taken around 45 days after healing give the truest picture of your final result.
